Product Manager (AI)

Location: Milan, Italy; London, UK; Madrid, Spain; Warsaw, Poland; or remote from approved countries. Most days must be spent in the Milan office during the first few months, regardless of the long-term work location.

Salary: £85,797–£151,436 annually in London and €66,065–€107,837 annually elsewhere in Europe; exceptionally experienced candidates may receive up to £316,052 in London or €240,330 elsewhere in Europe.

What you will do

• Build a deep understanding of products, business models, growth drivers, users, and market opportunities.
• Use AI, data, and user research to uncover opportunities and challenge assumptions.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact initiatives and features using first-principles reasoning and product thinking.
• Own feature development end to end, coordinating designers, engineers, and other teammates.
• Run experiments and analyze product metrics to evaluate outcomes and continuously improve products.
