Salary: $100,000–$140,000 annually

What you will do

• Administer and support Atlassian Data Center applications, including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and Crowd.
• Administer CollabNet Subversion repositories, including repository creation, access management, branching, maintenance, and migrations.
• Design and maintain projects, spaces, workflows, permission schemes, screens, issue types, build plans, and user access controls.
• Perform platform installation, upgrades, patching, configuration, migration, lifecycle management, monitoring, and capacity planning.
• Implement security controls, authentication integrations, authorization models, LDAP/Active Directory synchronization, and system hardening.
• Develop integrations and automation, provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, troubleshoot complex issues, and create technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• More than 5 years of experience administering enterprise applications, development tools, or collaboration platforms.
• More than 3 years of hands-on experience administering Atlassian Data Center environments.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, or Crowd, as well as CollabNet SVN repositories and access controls.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, enterprise application installation and migration, role-based access controls, and authentication solutions.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain US Security Clearance and access U.S. export-controlled information.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira governance, Bitbucket, Bamboo CI/CD pipelines, Confluence administration, and Crowd identity management.
• Experience planning Atlassian or SVN migrations, including migrations between SVN and Git-based systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, scripting or programming with Python, PowerShell, Groovy, or Java, REST APIs, and Atlassian plugins.
• Experience with SSL certificates, Application Links, DNS, load-balanced environments, backup, disaster recovery, and high availability.
• Atlassian certifications.
