Location: Wilmington, Massachusetts, USA; hybrid work. Up to 10% travel to client and customer locations may be required.

Salary: $82,000–$113,300 base annual pay, varying by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Administer and maintain Jira Cloud projects, workflows, issue types, custom fields, and permission schemes for software engineering teams.
• Translate engineering and program-management requirements into scalable workflows, dashboards, reporting structures, and Jira Plans.
• Audit configuration, workflow adoption, and data quality; identify process drift and coach teams on established standards.
• Design and deploy Atlassian Rovo Agents and MCP server integrations for ticket triage, acceptance-criteria drafting, contextual data synchronization, and workflow automation.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Jira integrations with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, GitHub, and GitLab.
• Provide tier-2/3 user support and document configuration changes, administrative guidelines, and end-user practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent technical experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on Jira Cloud administration experience, including advanced workflow creation, JQL, automation rules, and scheme management.
• Experience architecting cross-functional workflows and using Jira Plans for multi-stakeholder roadmap planning and tracking.
• Experience creating dashboards, reporting structures, and engineering delivery metrics.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian Rovo or external LLM agents connected to Jira or Confluence through MCP APIs.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, stakeholder-management, and enterprise-integration skills.

Nice to have

• Atlassian Certified Professional designation, such as Jira Cloud Administrator.
