Enterprise Atlassian Administrator (Atlassian Cloud)

Location: 100% remote within the United States; office location listed in Reston, Virginia.

Salary: $145,330–$167,644 per year

What you will do

• Lead the architecture and administration of the enterprise Atlassian Cloud environment, including Jira, Confluence, Atlassian Access, and third-party applications.
• Assess business needs and consolidate Jira and Confluence instances within the enterprise environment.
• Develop and support integrations with ServiceNow, GitHub, and Azure DevOps, including REST API-based solutions.
• Define and enforce Atlassian governance, security, access, licensing, and best-practice processes.
• Configure Jira projects, workflows, schemes, custom fields, reports, automation rules, analytics data sources, and dashboards.
• Support Azure DevOps and Mural administration, troubleshoot issues, and provide end-user training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience administering large Jira and Confluence deployments.
• At least 2 years of experience with Atlassian Cloud architecture, scalability, security, and integrations.
• At least 2 years of Atlassian governance model experience and 2 years using or extending Atlassian REST APIs.
• At least 5 years of Confluence space administration and Jira project and workflow administration.
• At least 2 years of experience with Azure DevOps and Mural.
