Systems Administrator (Atlassian)

Location: Bristol, Rhode Island, United States; must be a U.S. citizen

What you will do

• Design and build integrations between Jira, Confluence, and internal tools.
• Develop data synchronization and workflow automation for issue tracking, reporting, provisioning, and notifications.
• Work with engineering, systems engineering, program management, and operations stakeholders to define integration requirements.
• Troubleshoot and maintain integrations while monitoring reliability and data integrity.
• Maintain traceability across requirements, test data, configuration data, and other engineering information.
• Document integration architecture and technical decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with Atlassian REST APIs, Jira Cloud/Server, Confluence Cloud/Server, Atlassian Forge, or Atlassian Connect.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira Service Management, Atlassian Marketplace apps, or administrative scripting such as ScriptRunner.
• Familiarity with Atlassian Data Center and Cloud migrations.
• Experience in defense, aerospace, robotics, or hardware manufacturing.
