Technical Program Manager (PDK)

Location: Hybrid work model in the United States, with on-site and off-site work at an assigned hirify.global site. Primary location: Hillsboro, Oregon. Additional locations: Phoenix, Arizona; Santa Clara, California; Austin, Texas.

Annual salary: $160,980–$311,040 USD, depending on location, skills, experience, and education or training.

What you will do

• Lead matrixed, cross-organizational teams developing, implementing, enhancing, and releasing PDKs.
• Drive execution from requirements definition through deployment and release.
• Coordinate multiple teams, projects, dependencies, stakeholders, and competing priorities.
• Set program objectives, priorities, schedules, milestones, deliverables, scope, resources, and cost estimates.
• Manage risks, issues, obstacles, quality requirements, processes, budgets, and resource utilization.
• Interface with engineering teams, business stakeholders, leadership, foundries, OSATs, EDA vendors, and design enablement teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience.
• 6+ years of experience in silicon IP or SoC hardware design, PDK component development or validation, large-scale technical project delivery, program management methodologies, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor technology, PDK architecture, development methodologies, systems, and engineering processes.
• Ability to work in hirify.global’s hybrid model from an assigned US site.

Nice to have

• PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or related program management certification.
• 5+ years managing complex technical programs in matrixed, cross-functional environments.
• Experience with PDK component development or validation.
• Experience collaborating with foundries, OSATs, EDA vendors, and design enablement teams on technology development, PDK delivery, silicon bring-up, or product qualification.
