Technical Program Manager (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; travel required up to 10% of the time. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $133,500–$183,500 per year, plus potential bonus and stock awards.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of new product development programs from concept planning through development, validation, implementation, and launch readiness.
• Drive programs through phase-gate processes, aligning milestones, deliverables, risks, and key decisions.
• Build and maintain integrated plans, schedules, dependencies, dashboards, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain progress.
• Lead program reviews and communicate status, risks, mitigation plans, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage tradeoffs across scope, schedule, cost, and technical execution while supporting financial and operational objectives.

Requirements

• Experience in technical program management, project management, or a related role supporting complex product or technology development.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning multiple stakeholders.
• Strong experience managing project plans, schedules, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Experience supporting new product development or other complex technical programs.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and consensus-building skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and manage competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Semiconductor industry experience or experience in a similarly complex product development environment.
• Experience with phase-gate product development processes.
• Familiarity with product development involving engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality.
