Technical Program Manager E3 (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, CA, United States. Relocation eligible; travel required 10% of the time.

Salary: $110,500–$152,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of new product development programs from concept planning through development, validation, implementation, and launch readiness.
• Drive programs through the phase-gate process, aligning milestones, deliverables, risks, and decisions.
• Build and maintain integrated plans, schedules, dependencies, dashboards, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain progress.
• Lead program reviews and communicate status, risks, mitigation plans, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Monitor cost performance, manage tradeoffs, and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in technical program management, project management, or a related role supporting complex product or technology development.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning multiple stakeholders.
• Strong experience managing project plans, schedules, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Experience supporting new product development or other complex technical programs.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and build consensus across competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Semiconductor industry or similarly complex new product development experience.
• Experience with phase-gate product development processes.
• Familiarity with product development environments involving engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality.
