Project Team Leader

What you will do

• Lead front-end loading (FEL) activities for plantwide capital projects and develop cost estimates for minor capital projects.
• Plan and execute commissioning and commercialization activities, including maintenance procedures and standards.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance designs and support mechanical improvement and early equipment management projects.
• Manage quality inspections, cost analysis, design reviews, standards, fabrication checks, and integrated project schedules.
• Develop datasheets and specifications for mechanical equipment and materials, and lead production and piping design reviews.
• Guide construction contractors, oversee construction quality and facility delivery, review site CAPEX plans, and provide monthly spending outlooks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least five years of capital project management and FEL/EPCm execution experience.
• Knowledge of ASME, NFPA, and international engineering codes.
• Experience with AutoCAD and MS Project is beneficial.
• Project management certification or Class B Mechanical certification, or an equivalent qualification, is beneficial.
