Technical Project Manager (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Singapore, SGP; travel required up to 20% of the time; relocation eligible.

What you will do

• Prepare project plans and coordinate deliverables from planning through implementation.
• Drive project tasks using reports, tracking charts, checklists, and process-improvement matrices.
• Evaluate build-to-print parts and simple assemblies to determine fair pricing for the company and suppliers.
• Identify cost-reduction and cost-avoidance opportunities through DFx practices and collaborate with design engineers.
• Work with design, materials, manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams on technical projects.
• Participate in intra-business-unit design teams and contribute to technical development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma with additional experience.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with manufacturability or producibility practices for precision-machined, sheet-metal, and plastic parts.
• Conceptual and practical expertise in mechanical or production engineering, with basic knowledge of related disciplines.
• Understanding of GD&T standards and the ability to apply them appropriately.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and consensus building.

• Background in mechanical engineering.
• Hands-on experience in a precision-parts manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of electrical components.
