Regional Director Critical Infrastructure (Data Center)

Salary: $180,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage daily operations and oversight of the regional maintenance department.
• Lead vendor bidding, selection, contracts, and maintenance program execution.
• Manage annual maintenance budgets, repair expenses, capital replacement submissions, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Ensure preventive maintenance, change control, methods of procedure, and risk-management compliance across regional data center facilities.
• Respond to emergency safety and network situations and evaluate infrastructure lifecycle and replacement risks.
• Manage maintenance documentation and training for maintenance personnel and data center technicians.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working in a data center environment.
• Strong knowledge of data center electrical and mechanical infrastructure, including generators, UPS systems, transformers, distribution systems, chillers, HVAC, and fire protection.
• Functional knowledge of HVAC, fire alarm, building management systems, and electrical systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
