What you will do
- Develop and execute account strategies for key customers to achieve revenue, margin, and sustainable growth targets.
- Translate customer technology directions and business priorities into value-based commercial opportunities and differentiated material solutions.
- Drive consultative selling by positioning products around performance, reliability, and total cost of ownership.
- Build long-term relationships with stakeholders across R&D, engineering, procurement, and management.
- Manage sales forecasts, demand planning, product qualification timelines, commercialization, and change management.
- Coordinate customer escalations, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, trials, and commercialization with technical and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Experience managing customer accounts and commercial opportunities in an advanced electronics or high-tech environment.
- Ability to understand customer technology directions and business priorities.
- Strong consultative selling, communication, relationship-building, and account execution skills.
- Ability to collaborate with R&D, product management, FAE, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing.
- Ability to prepare sales reports, market insights, forecasts, and business reviews for management.
