What you will do
- Own assigned customer accounts and represent customer and company interests in sales activities.
- Identify customer needs and develop and implement account sales strategies.
- Present products, services, capabilities, and product roadmaps to customers.
- Coordinate customer demonstrations with product business group representatives.
- Prepare pricing quotes, negotiate final pricing, and submit order documentation.
- Follow up on accounts receivable and maintain customer coverage, visit summaries, and action plans.
Requirements
- Conceptual and practical expertise in the relevant discipline.
- Basic knowledge of related disciplines and awareness of industry competition.
- Ability to solve complex problems using information from multiple sources.
- Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus.
- Ability to act as a resource for less experienced colleagues and lead small projects.
