What you will do
- Strategize and execute business campaigns within the assigned territory to meet business objectives.
- Manage a combination of large and geography-based accounts.
- Foster and grow customer relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Direct and coordinate field engineer resources to support customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, finance, and legal teams to achieve desired business outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or a degree with technical sales experience.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in sales, account management, or as an Applications/Design Engineer.
- Proven track record of success in a technical sales or engineering environment.
- Ability to work effectively within a large team structure.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of Strategic Selling techniques.
- Understanding of the semiconductor industry and IC design.
