TL;DR
Construction Management Software Consultant (ConTech): Tailoring and deploying construction management software solutions, mapping client processes, and managing onboarding across UK construction projects with an accent on Viewpoint, Field View, ProjectSight, and digital workflow transformation. Focus on coordinating multi-stakeholder implementations, delivering remote and onsite training, and improving software adoption for projects ranging from £1 million to over £100 million.
Location: Newcastle or Leeds, UK, with four days in the office, or remote within the UK. Travel requirement: 5%.

What you will do
- Tailor and deploy Viewpoint for Projects, Field View, and ProjectSight solutions for construction clients.
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding, system setup, process mapping, and documentation.
- Deliver remote and onsite training to support effective software adoption.
- Build long-term relationships with construction partners and act as a client advocate.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Educational background or practical experience in construction, civil engineering, architecture, quantity surveying, or project management.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and delivering strong outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong organization, time management, initiative, and self-starter mindset.
- Ability to work from the UK; the hybrid option requires four days in the Newcastle or Leeds office.
Nice to have
- Experience with Viewpoint products, ProjectSight, or similar construction technology platforms.
- Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards or construction industry best practices.
- Experience developing or leading structured training and enablement programs.
