Salary: $135,200–$236,600 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership, coaching, mentorship, and performance management for engineering teams.
• Recruit, develop, and retain engineering talent while assessing team health and organizational needs.
• Align technical roadmaps with enterprise and product strategies.
• Partner with Product Management and Architecture to balance priorities, technical debt, reliability, innovation, and dependencies.
• Lead technical risk assessment, mitigation, and resolution across multiple teams.
• Establish engineering standards and oversee Agile delivery, cross-team coordination, resource allocation, and complex initiatives.

Requirements

• 7 or more years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated success leading engineering teams and developing technical talent through coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
• Experience working in a matrixed environment and aligning technical decisions with strategic business goals.
• Experience supporting or leading infrastructure, platform engineering, or shared services teams.
• Experience designing and deploying large-scale data applications.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery, technical roadmap development, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
