Implementation Analyst (SaaS)

Location: On-site at the Reston, Virginia office, United States; requires up to 25–50% travel.

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 annually, plus a $5,000–$15,000 bonus.

What you will do

• Support customer implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and hypercare.
• Assist with project planning, timeline management, task tracking, risk monitoring, and status reporting.
• Configure platform features, workflows, and operational structures based on documented requirements.
• Coordinate customer onboarding, data collection, validation, integration activities, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Support launch readiness, training coordination, go-live execution, and hypercare issue tracking.
• Collaborate with Solution Design, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and customer stakeholders to improve implementation practices.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 0–3 years of experience in customer success, professional services, implementation, consulting, project coordination, operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, project coordination, prioritization, communication, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders and learn new software platforms and business processes quickly.
• Ability to work on-site in Reston, Virginia, with up to 25–50% travel.

Nice to have

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or labor management.
• Familiarity with SaaS implementations, customer onboarding, APIs, integrations, data imports, or system configuration.
• Experience supporting enterprise or multi-site customers, training, change management, or operational readiness.
• Familiarity with Linear, HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira, Salesforce, or similar tools.
