Salary: $47,400–$63,100 per year, plus annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of base salary.

What you will do

• Coordinate product compliance projects through submission, laboratory testing, engineering review, and final closure.
• Receive and track client-submitted samples, verify materials, and maintain communication with clients.
• Update project records, prepare documentation, and support laboratory testing, data capture, and reporting.
• Coordinate the review and resolution of project issues and nonconforming findings with Engineering, Laboratory, and other internal teams.
• Monitor open items and closure activities to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
• Support process improvement and additional project coordination and operational activities.

Requirements

• Professional communication and coordination skills with clients, Engineering, Laboratory teams, and cross-functional partners.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Exceptional organization and time management skills, including prioritizing work, tracking multiple details, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accountability with limited supervision.
• Ability to collaborate with regional or remote teams, take ownership, and make timely decisions.
• Associate degree or higher preferred; a high school diploma or GED may be considered with relevant experience and qualifications.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, and other business or reporting applications.
• Experience coordinating product compliance or laboratory-related projects.
