Solutions Manager (B2B SaaS)

Annual base compensation: $70,000–$100,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead complex, end-to-end Course Planner implementations for larger school district clients.
• Serve as the primary contact for implementation projects and coordinate closely with Customer Success Managers.
• Analyze data dependencies, review data files, resolve data issues, and coordinate integrations with clients.
• Identify customer needs, special situations, and use cases, then configure and implement appropriate solutions.
• Maintain project velocity, build customer buy-in, and drive adoption throughout implementation.
• Document partner challenges and support product quality assurance and improvement.

Requirements

• Strong project management skills, including managing task dependencies, sequencing, and execution.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence presenting to district stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience as an implementation specialist or in a similar role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience working with data feeds, reviewing data files, identifying problems, and performing large-scale spreadsheet manipulation.
• Clear, concise communication skills and the ability to translate product and engineering terminology into customer-friendly explanations.
• Proactive, positive, and entrepreneurial approach in high-stress and fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with scripting, such as Python.
• Experience working with JSON data.
