Implementation Manager

Location: New York, New York, United States; requires working from the office four days a week.

Salary: $76,000–$93,000 base salary per year, with performance-based OTE of $83,600–$102,300.

What you will do

• Guide clients through data onboarding, project milestones, product adoption, and the transition to ongoing support.
• Plan, schedule, and manage implementation timelines from kickoff through go-live while tracking scope and deliverables.
• Coordinate technical onboarding, including data collection, data ingestion, integration reviews, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Facilitate recurring client touchpoints, approvals, user acceptance testing, and progress toward adoption.
• Create implementation plans covering client goals, data workflows, automation opportunities, and recommended processes.
• Review data, update configurations, prepare documentation, manage checklists, escalate blockers, and coordinate follow-ups across internal teams.

Requirements

• Prior experience in project management and SaaS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain detailed, structured workflows.
• Ability to balance recurring implementation tasks with end-to-end project ownership.
• Ability to work from the New York office four days per week.
