Senior Program/Project Manager

Location: Onsite, primarily from an HPE partner or customer office

What you will do

• Lead large-scale, end-to-end infrastructure, cloud, and digital transformation programs and projects.
• Define project plans, milestones, deliverables, and governance processes while ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Oversee deployment, implementation, and transition to operations.
• Act as the primary interface for customers, executives, internal leadership, and third-party vendors.
• Manage project P&L, cost tracking, forecasting, billing milestones, revenue recognition, change requests, and contract variations.
• Lead cross-functional teams, manage resources and vendors, and drive risk mitigation, issue resolution, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10–15+ years of experience in IT, infrastructure, or services delivery.
• Proven experience managing large, complex enterprise programs, including data center or infrastructure deployments, cloud or hybrid environments, and managed services or outsourcing.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, stakeholder management, financial, commercial, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networks, as well as AWS, Azure, and service delivery models.
• Experience with project tools such as MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, or Smart Labor.

Nice to have

• PMP certification is mandatory or highly preferred.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner or Agile, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification.
• IT certifications such as ITIL, AWS, or Azure.
• Master’s degree or MBA in IT or a related field.
• Experience with regional or global programs, executive escalations, turnaround or recovery projects, and enterprise clients in banking, service provider, aviation, or the public sector.
