Entertainment Producer (Documentary Production)

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle documentary, unscripted, and original productions from pre-production through final delivery.
• Translate approved concepts into production plans, schedules, budgets, and logistics for crews, equipment, locations, and permits.
• Manage crews, vendors, talent, scientists, and operational partners on set and in field environments.
• Oversee budgets, resource allocation, cost tracking, and production scaling across multiple concurrent projects.
• Manage post-production workflows, external editing, color, sound, versions, feedback, approvals, and deliverables.
• Build a scalable entertainment production pipeline and negotiate contracts with freelance crews, vendors, and production partners.

Requirements

• Experience producing documentary, unscripted, or series content with real-world and field-based production demands.
• Experience managing production budgets, schedules, crews, vendors, and talent.
• Experience overseeing post-production workflows and external vendors through final delivery.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues in real time while maintaining safety, compliance, operational standards, and production quality.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, scientific, and operational teams.
• Ability to work full time onsite in Dallas, Texas.

• Experience scaling multiple productions while maintaining quality and efficiency.
