Associate Producer (Video Production)

Location: New York City, United States. Hybrid schedule with mandatory in-office attendance at least four days per week; unrestricted United States work authorization required.

Salary: $65,000–$85,000 yearly.

Global media and entertainment company producing and distributing film, television, streaming, news, advertising, and experiential content.

What you will do

• Manage smaller-scale physical and editorial productions from planning through delivery.
• Support senior production teams on complex 360 broadcast and digital campaigns.
• Prepare budgets and estimates, coordinate crews and vendors, and manage pre-production logistics.
• Supervise live-action shoots, freelance production personnel, vendors, and editorial sessions.
• Produce internal videos, branded content, social content, and digital-only videos.
• Coordinate with legal, business affairs, music services, finance, payroll, creative, sales, and post-production teams on clearances, costs, and delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading small-scale physical commercial productions end-to-end.
• Ability to produce content across budgets up to $250,000.
• On-set production experience, including knowledge of union, guild, and labor laws, as well as post-production rates, timelines, and budgets.
• Experience working with celebrity talent and filming vehicles, food, and varied product and service categories.
• Ability to manage multiple productions, tight deadlines, changing schedules, vendors, and production personnel.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization in the United States and be willing to work in New York City with mandatory in-office attendance.

Nice to have

• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects in production, marketing, communications, creative, or media.
• Knowledge of pre-production workflows, bidding, director and production company searches, and timeline management.
• Knowledge of VFX, color correction, audio mixing, music licensing, and final delivery workflows.
• Strong organization, communication, collaboration, and vendor negotiation skills.
