Sr. Producer (Video Production)

Location: Santa Monica, California, United States

Base salary: $85,600–$128,400 per year, plus cash incentives.

What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of mid-form, long-form, live, promotional, social, short-form, and third-party content.
• Manage a team of Producers and collaborate with production management on staffing, schedules, budgets, and delivery.
• Oversee production from concept development through pre-production, filming, post-production, and final distribution.
• Coordinate external production partners, talent, agencies, vendors, and international hirify.global producers.
• Guide story development, creative direction, location scouting, talent coordination, equipment management, editing, sound mixing, and visual effects.
• Ensure rights clearance, metadata, production schedules, budgets, delivery standards, and project quality meet hirify.global Media House requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Television, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of content production experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Track record of managing and delivering high-quality content projects.
• Experience managing and developing creative professionals, with strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Understanding of the Western US media landscape, production workflows, storytelling, project management, and budget management.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
