Public Benefit Supervisor (Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management)

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; applicants must reside and be authorized to work within the United States.

Salary: $52,100–$65,125 per year, based on experience.

What you will do

• Supervise the day-to-day functionality of the Eligibility Services department.
• Monitor staff productivity, account-level outcomes, workflow, and quality standards.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on department procedures, hospital policies, and government benefit programs.
• Coach and develop staff and identify opportunities for counseling or performance improvement.
• Maintain working relationships with county, state, and federal Medicaid caseworker partners.
• Collaborate with Case Management, Patient Access, Financial Counseling, Physician Office, and other revenue cycle teams; travel when needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience interacting with patients about hospital financial issues.
• Superior customer service and communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Strong computer skills, multitasking ability, and experience managing workflow and performance metrics.
• Advanced use of AI and experience managing teams in the exploration, experimentation, and application of AI for process and technology improvements.
• High school diploma or GED; equivalent post-secondary education and experience may be considered.
• CRCR certification must be obtained within 9 months of hire.
