Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle Operations (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Manage and develop a team of Revenue Cycle Management Associates through coaching, feedback, and career development.
• Oversee daily RCM operations, ensuring accurate and efficient workflows with a patient-first focus.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives as the RCM team scales.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements that increase collections, operational efficiency, and patient experience.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with Engineering, Credentialing, Customer Experience, Clinical Operations, and external billing vendors.
• Support new product and contract activations, lead operational projects, and manage key performance metrics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience.
• At least 3 years managing a team of 5 or more.
• Strong relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
• Patient-centric, proactive, independent, and comfortable solving ambiguous problems in a dynamic environment.
• Technology fluency and experience with platforms such as Front, Aircall, and Intercom.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain structure as processes evolve.

Nice to have

• Experience in telehealth, healthcare operations, or healthtech.
