hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Administer, monitor, maintain, and optimize the ServiceNow platform for availability, performance, scalability, and business alignment.
• Resolve issues and support ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and ITOM modules.
• Configure applications, workflows, forms, business rules, catalog items, custom applications, and automation solutions.
• Design and maintain integrations with enterprise platforms using APIs, data imports, middleware, and related technologies.
• Coordinate upgrades, patching, releases, testing, validation, and production deployments with vendors and internal IT teams.
• Partner with stakeholders, product owners, and analysts on requirements, governance, documentation, change management, and continuous improvement.

• At least 4 years of ServiceNow work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; training, experience, and education may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of the ServiceNow application platform, ITIL, and ITIL V4 processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, organization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects and tasks under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%.

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and ITOM implementations and enhancements.
• Integration experience with Workday, Microsoft 365, Azure, Salesforce, or other enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow AI, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Agent Workspace, and Generative AI capabilities.
• Experience with Agile product delivery, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management.
