Salary: 12,000 - 16,000 PLN gross/month

What you will do

• Participate in ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects.
• Design and develop workflows, integrations, catalog items, and custom platform components.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Review and refactor custom code to ensure performance and maintainability.
• Support platform upgrades, patches, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow CSA certification required.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
• Advanced JavaScript scripting skills.
• Fluent English (B2/C1) required.
• Must be located in Poland and hold EU citizenship.

Nice to have

• Additional ServiceNow certifications (CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-HRSD, CIS-ITOM).
• Experience with HRSD, SLO, or ITOM modules.
• French language proficiency (B2/C1).
