Location: 100% remote within the United States

What you will do

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications.
• Build workflows and service fulfillment automation using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Process Automation Designer.
• Write and maintain server-side and client-side scripts, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Actions.
• Develop enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub spokes, and MID Servers.
• Build Service Portal, Employee Center, catalog, reporting, dashboard, CMDB, and Performance Analytics capabilities.
• Participate in design reviews, upgrades, regression testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with administrators, BAs, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong JavaScript skills, including ES5 and ES6 patterns used in ServiceNow.
• Deep knowledge of Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST, SOAP, MID Servers, the ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and Service Portal widget development.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator credential and strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• Certified Implementation Specialist credentials in ITSM, HR, CSM, or ITOM.
• Experience with Now Assist, GenAI Controller, App Engine Studio, or multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
