Senior IC Design Engineer (Mixed-Signal RTL)

What you will do

• Own the design and development of the Capacitive Touch Engine for next-generation touch controllers and HMI solutions.
• Define and optimize acquisition sequencing and control architecture for analog front-end systems.
• Design, implement, and verify RTL for sensing and digital signal processing using Verilog and SystemVerilog.
• Develop performance-critical low-level firmware and embedded routines for acquisition and processing.
• Support silicon bring-up, debugging, and feature validation.
• Investigate system issues across analog, digital, and firmware domains and improve design methodologies.

Requirements

• Degree in electronics, electrical engineering, embedded systems, physics, or a related discipline; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of industry experience in digital or mixed-signal IC design.
• Expertise in RTL design and verification, Verilog, SystemVerilog, and embedded C.
• Solid understanding of microcontroller architectures.
• Experience with modelling, scripting, or data analysis using Python, MATLAB, or similar tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and proactive working skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with PIC, ARM, or embedded MCU platforms.
• Exposure to functional safety or automotive standards such as ISO 26262, Automotive SPICE, or IEC/UL 60730.
• Knowledge of capacitive touch sensing systems.
• Familiarity with OLED, micro-LED, or large-format touch display technologies.
