Senior Project Manager - Technical Program Manager (Cloud Transformation)

Location: Hybrid role based in Dallas, TX; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; or Nashville, TN

Salary: $82,082–$193,440 base compensation annually

What you will do

• Lead complex modernization and cloud transformation programs from scoping through end-to-end delivery.
• Build and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, and dependency frameworks.
• Partner with and influence multiple engineering teams across business units.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
• Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and issues.
• Ensure technical capabilities meet quality, security, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in technical program or project management across cross-functional teams.
• At least 4 years of experience with cloud transformation.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience leading large technical programs from concept through delivery and using analytics to investigate business issues.
• Understanding of SDLC, system architecture, cloud technologies, and/or hardware integration.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or other modern delivery frameworks, with the ability to translate technical concepts into requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
