Location: Hybrid in Telford, combining hirify.global offices, client sites, and home working; 100% home working is not available. Candidates must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK, be eligible for SC clearance, and have resided continuously in the UK for the last 5 years. Sponsorship is not offered.

What you will do

• Lead large and complex IT and technology projects and programmes across the full lifecycle.
• Manage multidisciplinary and multisupplier teams in matrix environments.
• Develop schedules, delivery rhythms, budgets, forecasts, and change-control processes.
• Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and blockers while ensuring timely resolution.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and provide clear reporting for decision-making.
• Drive agile delivery, operational efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience delivering large and complex IT or technology projects and programmes end to end.
• Strong knowledge of agile delivery practices and project or programme lifecycle management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary and multisupplier teams in matrix environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with budget management, forecasting, P&L accountability, commercial proposals, and change control.
• Eligibility for UK Security Check (SC) clearance, including 5 years of continuous UK residence; unrestricted UK work rights are required.
