Senior Technical Project Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead implementation projects by defining scope, objectives, milestones, success criteria, and detailed delivery plans.
• Serve as the primary delivery lead and trusted advisor for customer stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Coordinate customers, internal experts, architects, developers, and project resources while managing expectations.
• Track budgets, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, risks, and changes, implementing mitigation strategies where needed.
• Communicate progress through status reports, governance meetings, and executive updates.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and implementation decisions that maximize customer value.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience gathering requirements, producing technical documentation, and coordinating quality assurance activities.
• At least 3 years of experience managing large-scale information technology implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based software solutions and web applications.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, organizational, and communication skills in complex customer-facing environments.
• Ability to collaborate with developers, architects, business stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
• Strong English communication skills required for working with English-speaking customers and stakeholders across North America and global markets.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Project management certification such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
• Experience with web development or software engineering.
• Knowledge of enterprise search, indexing technologies, Salesforce ecosystems, or professional services automation tools.
• Experience in consulting, professional services, or customer implementation environments.
