What you will do

• Lead the implementation of the platform by defining project scope, milestones, and success criteria.
• Act as the primary delivery lead and trusted advisor for customer stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal experts and customer teams to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking budgets, timelines, and dependencies.
• Manage project changes, assess impacts, and implement mitigation strategies for risks.
• Translate business requirements into user stories in partnership with architects and developers.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in requirements gathering, technical documentation, and QA coordination.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing large-scale IT implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of technical challenges in cloud-based software and web applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• English proficiency: C1 level required for working with global stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
• Project management certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master.
• Background in web development or software engineering.
• Knowledge of enterprise search, Salesforce ecosystems, or professional services automation tools.
