Principal Solution Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Build and scale hirify.global's Professional Services practice for enterprise and agentic AI workloads.
• Develop repeatable reference architectures for self-hosted and air-gapped deployments, MCP environments, identity integrations, and secure software supply chains.
• Lead technical discovery and architecture engagements for strategic enterprise customers and partners.
• Design secure MCP server and client architectures, tool orchestration, observability integrations, and containerized AI deployments.
• Scope statements of work, oversee service delivery, and coordinate delivery partners and system integrators.
• Translate enterprise integration patterns, deployment blockers, and observability gaps into product, services, and partner strategy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Professional Services Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or in a similar role at a SaaS, infrastructure, or consulting organization.
• Experience architecting self-hosted and air-gapped environments with local image registries, offline toolchains, network-isolated Kubernetes clusters, and compliance-driven infrastructure.
• Enterprise identity integration experience with Okta, Azure AD, LDAP/Active Directory, OIDC, SAML, SSO, and RBAC in complex multi-tenant environments.
• Working knowledge of MCP and hands-on experience with AI/ML workflows, LLM deployment, and agentic AI architectures.
• Strong understanding of hirify.global Hardened Images, secure software supply chains, SBOMs, image signing, attestations, vulnerability management, and runtime governance.
• Excellent facilitation, executive stakeholder management, services delivery, and revenue-oriented customer engagement skills.

Nice to have

• Experience architecting enterprise AI platforms, deployment pipelines, model provenance, artifact signing, and secure AI supply chains.
• Experience enabling system integrators, consultancies, and partner ecosystems.
• Consulting experience with Fortune 500 customers in financial services, healthcare, or government.
• Experience leading AI security architecture engagements involving secure MCP deployment, access controls, secrets management, and runtime isolation.
