TL;DR
Solution Architect (AI): Designing, deploying, and optimizing production-grade AI infrastructure and agent systems for enterprise customers with an accent on scalable cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and multi-agent architecture. Focus on building highly available infrastructure, evaluation frameworks, and reliable agent applications while translating complex customer requirements into practical technical solutions.

What you will do
- Design scalable, highly available infrastructure for AI platform deployments, including compute, storage, networking, security, and enterprise integrations.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code and delivery practices using Terraform, Helm, GitOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Architect multi-agent systems and production agent applications with LangChain, LangGraph, memory patterns, tool integrations, and robust error handling.
- Design AI evaluation frameworks, optimize prompts through A/B testing, and guide deployment and operations.
- Lead technical maturity assessments, understand enterprise requirements, and present recommendations to customers.
- Partner with Engagement Managers, Product, and Engineering teams to guide implementation and customer success.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in hands-on, technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Forward Deployed Engineer.
- 3+ years designing and deploying production infrastructure on GCP, AWS, or Azure, with strong Kubernetes experience including cluster design, autoscaling, and multi-zone deployments.
- Experience with Terraform, Helm, GitOps, databases, high availability, disaster recovery, networking, security, observability, and CI/CD.
- 1+ years building production AI/ML applications or agents, with strong experience in LangChain, LangGraph, or similar LLM frameworks.
- Strong Python and/or TypeScript development skills, including experience with vector stores, RAG, evaluation frameworks, prompt optimization, and API design.
- Enterprise customer-facing experience, technical assessment skills, strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
