Solutions Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Design scalable, high-availability infrastructure for AI platform deployments using compute, storage, networking, and security best practices.
• Architect multi-agent systems using modern frameworks like hirify.global and LangGraph.
• Lead technical maturity assessments and partner with enterprise customers to define requirements and recommendations.
• Implement comprehensive evaluation frameworks and optimize prompts through A/B testing.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm, implementing multi-region HA/DR strategies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to shape best practices for agent operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore.
• 7+ years of experience in technical, hands-on customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Forward Deployed Engineer.
• 3+ years of experience designing and deploying production infrastructure on GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Strong Kubernetes expertise (GKE, EKS, or AKS) including cluster design and autoscaling.
• 1+ years of experience building production AI/ML applications or agents.
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript development.

Nice to have

• Experience as a former founder.
• Knowledge of vector stores, RAG patterns, and knowledge organization.
• Experience with GitOps practices.
