Principal Solution Architect (Multi-Cloud, Data & Agentic AI)

Location: NYC-Metro; hybrid

Base compensation: $200,000–$250,000 annually, plus annual bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Design architectural strategy for enterprise multi-cloud platforms and agentic AI initiatives.
• Build autonomous multi-agent ecosystems with secure task delegation, state handoffs, and A2A orchestration.
• Architect generative AI infrastructure for RAG, voice agents, streaming outputs, and vector database routing.
• Build and scale containerized microservices across GCP, AWS, and Azure using Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Design distributed data ecosystems for structured and unstructured streams using Spark, Airflow, BigQuery, and Snowflake.
• Publish reusable blueprints and reference architectures while aligning research, engineering, and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Expert experience architecting multi-agent orchestration frameworks, prompt-routing middleware, self-correcting agent loops, RAG systems, and other agentic workflows.
• Expert knowledge of distributed analytical workloads, including Spark and Airflow, in Kubernetes environments.
• Production engineering experience across at least two of GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Strong understanding of columnar storage, vector indexing, and automated data lake governance.
• Experience as a CTO, Principal Architect, or Strategic Lead driving large-scale digital transformation or public-sector AI cloud implementations.
• Background in developer advocacy, open-source contributions, or technical publication.
