Pre-Sales Solution Architect (AI)

Location: London; North and Western Europe region. Travel of up to 50% may be required.

What you will do

• Identify strategic opportunities involving AI infrastructure and AI applications, and embed hirify.global technology into customer solutions.
• Discover customer needs with Sales and position appropriate application delivery and security solutions.
• Advocate for customer requirements and collaborate with Product Management, Product Engineering, Marketing, services, and other Solution Architects.
• Act as an AI evangelist and thought leader through presentations, demonstrations, whitepapers, training, blogs, and technical content.
• Share customer pain points and industry trends to influence product architecture, design, launches, and updates.
• Mentor the Solution Engineering community as needed.

Requirements

• Senior pre-sales experience in AI technology, business opportunities, and customer-facing solution architecture.
• Knowledge of AI application architectures and components, including large language models, orchestrators, agents, and tools.
• Knowledge of AI infrastructure, data center network designs, AI Factory reference architectures, and Nvidia reference architectures.
• Knowledge of AI application security, storage technologies, and efficient data delivery for AI training, fine-tuning, and inference.
• Knowledge of cloud-native patterns, including Kubernetes, APIs, microservices, and service mesh.
• 8+ years of related industry experience, strong executive communication and presentation skills, and a BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
