Recruiter - Production & Manufacturing (Aerospace)

Pay range: $99,500–$127,500 USD annually

What you will do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers and People Operations to define requirements, recruiting strategies, and hiring priorities.
• Build scalable recruiting workflows and best practices that support a strong candidate experience.
• Source active and passive candidates across the UAS, aerospace, engineering, production, and manufacturing sectors.
• Develop talent pipelines using recruiting platforms, referrals, industry networks, and analytics.
• Track recruiting metrics, report to leadership, and support hiring forecasts and workforce planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in aerospace, engineering, manufacturing, or a related industry.
• Experience working in a startup or scaling teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience building and implementing recruiting processes from the ground up.
• Strong sourcing skills, including passive-candidate identification through LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, referrals, and other tools.
• Familiarity with production and manufacturing roles, skill sets, ATS platforms, and recruiting technologies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and data-reporting skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-volume recruitment.
• Experience scaling manufacturing teams from the ground up.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
