What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for diverse roles including engineering, software, robotics, finance, and operations.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective recruiting strategies.
- Source and engage high-caliber passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks.
- Run structured, high-integrity interview processes to assess both technical skills and team fit.
- Deliver a white-glove candidate experience from initial outreach to final offer.
- Collaborate with People Ops and IT to optimize recruiting workflows, tools, and reporting metrics.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience covering both technical and non-technical roles.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing industries.
- Proven track record in high-growth or startup environments.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms like Greenhouse and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify participation).
- Strong communication, professionalism, and ability to manage multiple searches in parallel.
