What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for diverse roles including engineering, software, robotics, finance, and operations.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source and engage high-caliber passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks.
  • Run structured, high-integrity interview processes to assess both technical skills and team fit.
  • Deliver a white-glove candidate experience from initial outreach to final offer.
  • Collaborate with People Ops and IT to optimize recruiting workflows, tools, and reporting metrics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience covering both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing industries.
  • Proven track record in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms like Greenhouse and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify participation).
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and ability to manage multiple searches in parallel.
