Strategic Sourcing Manager, Network Infrastructure

What you will do

• Own end-to-end sourcing strategy and procurement execution for network hardware, including switches, routers, optics, cabling, rack hardware, and DWDM.
• Translate capacity forecasts into sourcing plans, lead times, delivery commitments, and acquisition strategies.
• Build supplier relationships and negotiate contracts and MSAs with OEMs, ODMs, and global suppliers.
• Identify supply chain risks, secure multi-vendor optionality, and manage vendor accountability against SLAs.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Network Engineering, Infrastructure Operations, Finance, Product, Legal, and Procurement.
• Track sourcing milestones, risks, supplier performance, cost efficiency, and material readiness across the PoP expansion roadmap.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or contract management focused on data center, network infrastructure, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated success negotiating and managing vendor contracts for large-scale data center or network environments.
• Technical fluency in network hardware, including switches, routers, DWDM and optical transport, cabling, and NICs.
• Experience with multi-vendor or multi-site deals, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and on-time delivery.
• Strong executive-ready communication skills and the ability to explain infrastructure analysis through business risk and investment considerations.
• Experience in hyperscale or SaaS environments, plus proficiency with capacity modeling tools such as Python, SQL, advanced Excel, or capacity planning platforms.
