Senior Manager, Indirect Sourcing & Procurement

Location: Boston, MA, United States; hybrid work with two core office days each week

Salary: $137,000–$183,000 annual base pay, plus potential bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own sourcing strategy and execution across indirect categories including marketing, technology, professional services, HR and people programs, and operations.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders and align procurement strategies with business priorities.
• Create and execute category strategies and procurement project pipelines focused on savings, cost avoidance, speed, innovation, and risk mitigation.
• Lead RFx processes, negotiate commercial agreements, present outcomes, and build data-driven business cases.
• Influence budget owners and senior leadership while promoting strategic procurement best practices.
• Improve spend visibility, workflows, speed-to-market, and cross-functional execution across changing business priorities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of strategic sourcing experience across multiple indirect categories.
• Experience with categories such as marketing, technology, professional services, HR, operations, SaaS, media, agencies, BPO, or analytics.
• Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels, including C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong commercial negotiation, financial analysis, executive presentation, communication, and change management skills.
• Ability to manage initiatives end-to-end with minimal supervision and navigate ambiguity.
• Real estate sourcing experience is not required; an MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus.
