Procurement Sourcing Specialist

Location: United States (remote)

Salary: $103,000–$170,000 USD annually; US Premium Markets: $110,000–$185,000 USD annually

ClickHouse is a fast-growing cloud company building a real-time analytics and data warehousing platform for observability and AI workloads.

What you will do

• Lead vendor negotiations across multiple spend categories, including pricing, discounts, payment terms, ramps, and renewal protections.
• Run RFI, RFP, and RFQ events, compare bids, and present sourcing recommendations.
• Guide purchase requests through intake-to-pay, coordinating contract review, security and data-risk assessments, IT provisioning, budgets, purchase orders, and accruals.
• Manage supplier onboarding, renewal calendars, documentation, tax forms, banking verification, and auditable transaction records.
• Analyze spend data to identify consolidation opportunities, duplicate or underused tools, pricing outliers, and category trends.
• Improve procurement guidance and self-service while reporting on savings, cost avoidance, cycle time, and managed spend.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sourcing, procurement, or strategic purchasing experience with hands-on vendor negotiation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong finance fundamentals and exceptional attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication with the ability to negotiate with senior vendor counterparts.
• Customer-service orientation toward internal stakeholders, combined with the ability to uphold process and policy.
• Self-direction, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Sourcing experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS company.
• Familiarity with P2P, CLM, ERP, and spend visibility tools.
• Knowledge of DPAs, GDPR, SOC 2, security reviews, insurance requirements, and AI or data-use terms.
• Experience supporting global, multi-entity purchasing, including multiple currencies, international suppliers, and regional tax or invoicing requirements.
