Account Director (Healthcare Marketing)

Location: New York, NY, USA; this role is eligible for hire in select U.S. locations.

Salary: USD 104,030–150,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead strategic and tactical interactive marketing plans for healthcare and life sciences clients.
• Advise senior-level clients on marketing strategies informed by research and best practices.
• Maintain client relationships, address business needs, and identify additional opportunities.
• Use research, analytical metrics, and strategic insight to develop and present solutions.
• Oversee campaign and project planning, delivery, budgets, and target objectives.
• Collaborate with Account Directors, internal departments, and agency partners to develop integrated solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related client service, agency, pharmaceutical, or healthcare experience.
• Expertise in digital, media, technology marketing, and advertising.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing creative concepts from development through delivery and leading account staff development.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, negotiating, developing business, and solving problems.
• Strong strategic, analytical, written, presentation, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills; travel is required.
