Senior Account Director (Direct Marketing, Non-Profit Fundraising)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; occasional travel required for client meetings, conferences, or team gatherings.

Salary: $95,000–$105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

What you will do

• Serve as senior strategic lead and primary client contact for major nonprofit fundraising accounts.
• Lead direct response programs across planning, budgeting, creative direction, segmentation, production, reporting, and optimization.
• Direct integrated campaigns across direct mail, digital fundraising, texting, telemarketing, and related channels.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, vendors, and partners to develop creative, data-informed campaigns.
• Lead client presentations, campaign reviews, annual planning, and performance updates.
• Mentor, supervise, and develop program management team members while contributing to client cultivation and business development.

Requirements

• At least eight years of progressive experience in direct response fundraising, including significant direct mail experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale direct mail fundraising programs in an agency environment.
• Experience leading omnichannel fundraising programs from strategy through execution, budgeting, reporting, and optimization.
• Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing direct reports or project teams.
• Strong client management, communication, presentation, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Strategic, collaborative, inclusive, solutions-oriented approach with interest in evolving fundraising channels and best practices.
