Marketing Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Newark, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $75,000–$84,500 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary company bonus.

Medscape, a division of hirify.global, develops physician portals and mobile applications that provide healthcare professionals with clinical information, education, and peer communication tools.

What you will do

• Support four to six sales representatives with presales deal configurations, proposals, and campaign solutions.
• Build and optimize target audiences for pharmaceutical and medical device brand campaigns.
• Enter sold deal information into Salesforce and communicate requirements to internal execution teams.
• Coordinate custom presales requests across Sales Planning, Business Intelligence, Client Services, Finance, Contracting, and Sales Operations.
• Lead Marketing Solutions projects that improve efficiency, communication, and internal processes.
• Manage junior members of the Marketing Solutions team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of online healthcare marketing and/or sales development experience preferred.
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple requests from sales partners.
• Strong organizational, relationship-building, communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
