Technical Project Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead multiple SaaS-based fintech implementation projects from planning through delivery, managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the primary client contact and coordinate communication with internal teams, external stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
• Define project objectives, requirements, milestones, deliverables, implementation plans, dependencies, and risk-mitigation strategies.
• Gather onboarding requirements, coordinate system setup, conduct client demos and walkthroughs, and support solution adoption.
• Monitor project health, resolve issues, manage scope changes and competing priorities, and provide status reports and project documentation.
• Apply Waterfall and Agile principles and identify improvements to implementation processes and customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, project management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of project management experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, software implementation, or professional services.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects involving scope, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Understanding of SaaS fintech solutions, software implementation, ERP or CRM applications, and project management tools.
• Strong client-facing communication, organization, problem-solving, leadership, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile principles, change management, software adoption, and interpreting Statements of Work and implementation requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP platforms.
• PMP certification or an equivalent project management certification.
