What you will do

• Oversee a cross-functional development unit and resolve project-related bottlenecks.
• Manage the end-to-end development cycle including production releases.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable tasks and technical specifications.
• Maintain and prioritize the unit backlog to ensure value delivery.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the development team.
• Maintain operational order and documentation in Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Team Lead, or Delivery Manager in IT.
• Experience in fintech or core functionality development.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and ritual management.
• Strong technical background with ability to write specifications and evaluate tasks.
• Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate) and Russian required.
• Experience working with high-load systems.
