Project Manager (ESG)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand; remote workplace

hirify.global develops and delivers software solutions, including an ESG reporting product for business clients.

What you will do

• Develop project plans covering timelines, milestones, deliverables, resources, and required tasks.
• Manage client expectations, project scope, statements of work, changes, costs, timelines, risks, issues, and escalations.
• Act as the main client contact, provide project updates, respond to queries, and coordinate onboarding activities.
• Facilitate collaboration between developers, consultants, client leads, senior leaders, and other internal departments.
• Organize software handovers, client needs gathering, walkthroughs, and client training.
• Track ESG reporting requirements and contribute to improvements in the ESG product and internal knowledge base.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Development or Relations, Social Science, Interdisciplinary Studies, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of professional project management experience with SaaS products.
• Strong client-facing, written, verbal communication, analytical, research, and time-management skills.
• Experience managing software, ERP, CRM, or specialized SaaS implementations from kickoff to go-live is advantageous.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, solve problems, and manage project risks and dependencies.
• Fluent English and Thai are required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ESG reporting requirements, including annual and sustainability reports.
• Experience communicating with issuers or clients and working with geographically distributed teams.
• Education in Sustainability, Environmental Science, International Human Rights, or a related field.
• Certifications in GRI, TCFD, SASB, or other international frameworks.
