Implementation Manager (Fintech)

Implementation Manager (Fintech): Leading project management efforts for customer implementations of critical credit infrastructure with an accent on client management and workflow optimization. Location: Hybrid (Austin or New York). Expectation of two days a week in office (Tuesdays and Thursdays).

Salary: $120,000 – $150,000

What you will do

• Lead project management efforts for multiple customer implementations, managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients to assess project scope and establish clear delivery milestones.
• Identify and resolve project ambiguities before they impact delivery.
• Analyze current implementation processes and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Translate complex technical information for a wide range of audiences, from end-users to engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, banking, or enterprise technology in a client-facing role.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust across all stakeholder levels.
• Ability to navigate change and ambiguity within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from Austin, TX or New York City, NY.
