Location: Sterling, VA, United States; occasional CONUS travel required.

Salary: $99,000–$206,000 annually, depending on qualifications, relevant experience, and expertise.

Requirements

• Expert-level experience in instructional systems design.
• Strong foundation in instructional design theory and adult learning principles.
• Knowledge of learning science and modern learning technologies.
• Experience supporting complex training programs in dynamic environments.
• Ability to work in Sterling, Virginia, and travel occasionally within the continental United States.
