TL;DR
Seasonal Live Digital Media Specialist 2 (Adobe): Producing and distributing live and taped streaming shows across NFL platforms with an accent on live technical direction, audio and camera operation, graphics, and fast-paced video editing. Focus on leading control rooms, troubleshooting on-air equipment, creating NFL-focused content, and supporting studio and field productions.
Location: Onsite in Inglewood, California, United States; remote and hybrid options are not offered.

What you will do
- Technical-direct live productions using vMix and Sony hardware switchers.
- Operate audio mixers, microphones, IFBs, robotic cameras, ENG cameras, and related studio equipment.
- Create, proof, and run live on-screen graphics covering breaking news, topics, and player statistics.
- Edit player highlight packages, podcasts, creative features, long-form shows, and social clips using Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Support DSLR-based field shoots and contribute to developing new live-show segments.
- Work with producers and researchers across live, taped, studio, remote, and VOD productions.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of live studio production technologies, equipment, and multi-platform workflows.
- Experience with multi-platform live and VOD shows in studio and remote settings.
- Ability to lead a control room during live productions and troubleshoot technical issues.
- 5+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, communication, and comfort in live production environments.
- Knowledge of the , including its clubs, players, and history.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Film/TV, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, audience demographics, and the competitive landscape.
- Sports or field production experience.
- Experience managing multiple projects independently and collaboratively.
